Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions with Manhattan Scale/Active expertise.
You will map APIs, EDIs, and interfaces, drive comprehensive testing, and serve as the subject matter expert on Manhattan WMS capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
