Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, oversee API and data interfaces with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing to validate supply chain workflows. The role collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to shape our enterprise software

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
