Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities within our IT Business Systems team.

You will own the backlog, drive API/EDI integrations, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A CSPO or Manhattan cert is preferred. Mexico location in focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
