Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Leverage Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, lead API integrations, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent is expected; CSPO or Manhattan cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with WMS focus.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong SQL, API integration, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale/Active configurations.
