Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics, and work with development teams to implement WMS enhancements within Manhattan Scale/Active ecosystems.

You will map APIs/EDI interfaces, ensure end-to-end flow testing, and serve as the subject matter expert on Manhattan WMS configurations. A CS/IT degree is required; Manhattan certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• Deep knowledge of Manhattan WMS configurations.
• Experience with API integrations and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & requirements for WMS enhancements.
• Lead technical integration with ERP/TMS interfaces.
• Design end-to-end test approaches and validate edge cases.
• Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
