Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

Bring 10+ years of IT enterprise experience and 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active; experience in API/EDI integrations, SQL, and Agile delivery is required. A CS degree is expected; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration and SQL.
• Experience in end-to-end flow testing and issue triage.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for WMS development.
• Lead technical integration with REST/SOAP API, EDI, and databases.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing prior to UAT.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and configurations.
