Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate requirements into epics and specs, and guide integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS. You will also drive comprehensive end-to-end testing and act as the SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities.
The role emphasizes deep WMS knowledge, SQL querying, and agile delivery to support our global storage and information management solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
- Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration knowledge.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred; experience with Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: map APIs/EDI and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests.
- Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
