Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and broad system integration knowledge.

Responsibilities include backlog ownership, API/EDI mapping, end-to-end testing, and serving as the subject matter expert. Join a global organization focused on data, records, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and end-to-end testing

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams
• Lead Technical Integration: Map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and UAT validation of complex supply chain scenarios
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture
