Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Weekend Customer Service Representative to monitor weekend shipments, communicate with customers and drivers, and maintain real-time visibility to ensure efficient transportation operations.

You will coordinate pickups and deliveries, manage exceptions, and generate overnight reports while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. This role requires a recent Marketing or Business degree and comfort with sales and pricing activities for

Formación

• 2+ years in sales and account management in transportation/logistics.
• Recent college/university degree in Marketing or Business-related field.
• Previous analyst or pricing experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience in B2B sales with complex deals is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning and strategy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; customer relation oriented.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities; works well independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track weekend shipments with real-time visibility.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams on status and issues.
• Update portals, systems, and shipment records accurately.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments to meet requirements.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve disruptions and exceptions.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports for daytime operations.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
