Charger Logistics Inc. is expanding its Weekend Customer Service team in Bogotá. The role focuses on weekend shipment monitoring, proactive communication with customers, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Recent college or university degree in Marketing or Business-related field.
• Previous experience in an analyst role and/or in pricing function is an asset.
• Ability to understand the business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them.
• Experience working B2B sales involving complex deals is an asset.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
• Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track weekend shipments with real-time visibility and service performance.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and operational issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify, escal, and resolve service disruptions, delays, load recoveries, and other operational exceptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute overnight reports, ensuring all critical updates and exceptions are communicated to the daytime operations team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
