UNDP's Volunteer Services Centre (VSC) in Colombia seeks an Operations Associate to support end-to-end volunteer lifecycle services, including onboarding, contract administration, and benefits management. The role works across VSC, VSS, and field units to ensure accurate data handling and timely service delivery.

Under supervision, the incumbent will advise stakeholders on policies, promote client-focused collaboration, and help implement the VSC work plan across multiple countries and partners.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant HR experience with secondary education, or three years with a Bachelor’s in HR.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes at national or international level.
• Proficiency with MS Office and web-based recruitment systems.
• Ability to coordinate across locations and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Responsabilités

• Provide recruitment services in line with COS and policies.
• Verify DOAs and guidance on DOA design for UN host entities.
• Advertise assignments per established processes.
• Identify suitable candidates for UN Volunteer assignments across regions.
• Record actions and data in volunteer management systems and ensure data integrity.
• Support timely resolution of recruitment queries.
