UNOPS in Colombia seeks a Support Services Intern to provide essential operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Support Services Unit. Under supervision, you will assist with procurement, asset management, logistics coordination, and HR tasks to ensure adherence to UNOPS rules and policies.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a university program or graduated within the last three years.
• Preferred study areas include Business, Administration, Asset and Logistics, Procurement, Data Analytics, Management, or International Relations.
• No prior work experience required; desirable experience in admin, procurement, asset & logistics, or HR within an international organization.
• Google Suite proficiency; data analysis experience is advantageous.
• Required languages: Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative procurement activities, draft solicitation documents, process vendor profiles, and maintain procurement plans.
• Update asset inventory records, support stocktaking, reconcile asset data, and coordinate transportation arrangements.
• Assist with event arrangements, travel management, visa administration, correspondence routing, and petty cash handling.
• Provide HR support by assisting with recruitment processes, drafting interview reports, and organizing onboarding materials.
• Contribute to policy integration such as the Gender Parity Strategy and PSEA principles.
