Job summary

ElevateHR Group in Medellín is seeking a highly organized Sales & Customer Success Coordinator. You will contact customers, coordinate in-home consultations, and serve as the liaison between customers, sales reps, and installation teams in a fast-paced remote environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least 2 years in customer service or sales support, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule and coordinate in-home consultations, site visits, and installation appointments.

• Coordinate schedules between customers, sales representatives, and installation teams.
• Assist in creating and preparing sales materials and customer documentation.
• Track project milestones and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate shipping, delivery, and installation logistics.

About the Role

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Must own a reliable computer or laptop capable of supporting daily business operations.
• Must have reliable, high-speed internet access.
• Dedicated workspace suitable for professional phone and video communications.

Preferred Experiences

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
• Experience supporting home service, construction, installation, field service, or retail sales organizations.
• Experience coordinating multiple schedules, appointments, and customer communications.
• Familiarity with virtual phone systems and customer support software

Compensation

• $6.00 - $8.00 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time remote position (32-40 hours a week)
