BairesDev is seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer to design and optimize digital experiences on the HubSpot platform for marketing, sales, and customer operations. You will customize the ecosystem to align with business needs, ensuring high performance and scalable solutions.

Joining a 100% remote global team, you will implement HubL templates, CRM configurations, and marketing automation workflows, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact and data visibility.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software development with a focus on CRM platforms.
• Proven expertise in developing custom CMS templates using HubL.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM customizations and platform configurations.
• Strong background in building and optimizing marketing automation workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop custom CMS templates, modules, and themes using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Configure and customize CRM objects, including pipelines, contact properties, and lead scoring models.
• Build and maintain automated marketing and sales workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Implement seamless integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications or internal systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Develop custom interfaces and dashboards to provide actionable insights and improve data visibility for stakeholders.
• Ensure the reliability and security of the HubSpot environment through rigorous testing and adherence to platform best practices.
