Lean Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to maintain accurate, complete, and compliant vendor records across Veroot and CargoWise. The role focuses on documentation, COIs, tariffs, data validation, and consistent follow-up with vendors.

You will verify documents, update expirations in CargoWise, upload COIs, and ensure records reflect current information. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks and meet daily

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Vendor Management, Logistics, or International Logistics.
• Experience with CargoWise and/or Veroot is preferred.
• Documentation, Operations, or related field experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to identify missing, expired, or incorrect documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in Veroot and CargoWise.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain updated COIs and other required documentation.
• Review received documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Update COI expiration dates in CargoWise after validation.
• Upload and maintain valid COIs and supporting documents in Veroot.
• Identify missing or expired documentation and follow up proactively.
• Request updated tariffs and rate charts from vendors.
• Maintain the tariff sheet with current vendor information.
• Share updated tariff information with Operations daily.
• Enter new vendors into Veroot and ensure profiles are complete.
• Update expired documentation and enter missing information into systems.
• Verify non-FTL agents have the correct unlock code in Forwarder/Agent tab and configuration.
• Ensure vendor information is reflected across systems.
• Forward documentation to internal teams, including Vendor Management and Operations.
• Maintain organized records and follow procedures.
