MySavant.ai is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods from overseas suppliers through final delivery. You will coordinate purchase orders, cargo readiness, ocean freight bookings, container deliveries, and NetSuite records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across time zones.

You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, drayage providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize shipments.

Formación

1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
1 year of experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
Experience with TMS, ERP, or other operational systems.

Responsabilidades

Send purchase orders to suppliers and obtain written confirmation of receipt.
Track outstanding purchase order acknowledgments and follow up until order is confirmed.
Identify and elevate discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or product specifications and reflect changes in NetSuite PO
Generate and maintain container booking lists based on supplier cargo ready dates, carton counts, cubic measurements, and weights.
Determine appropriate container sizes and opportunities to consolidate POs into full containers.
Use NetSuite saved searches and reports to keep booking lists current.
Enter supplier bills into NetSuite accurately and on time, linking each bill to the PO.
