Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced professional to manage and support Supply Chain Systems used for Sourcing and Contracts Management. You will support users and procurement teams on Global Supply Chain systems and integrations, ensuring performance, access, and data integrity across projects.

The role covers system administration, training, and collaboration with vendors to maintain availability and alignment with policies and procedures, with focus on continuous improvement and global standard

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Professional degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in relevant field.
• 5+ years of Contracts Management/Sourcing experience; preferably with AVEVA Contracts Risk Management, Ariba, SAP, Coupa.
• Strong understanding of Contracts Management and Bid management principles.
• Broad understanding of project requirements, deliverables and workflows.
• English Language C1 – interactions conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project discussions, understand requirements, and lead with integration needs.
• Analyze and resolve performance, data, and report issues; handle ad hoc queries.
• Manage Supply Chain systems Admin tasks including user and project setup.
• Develop and deliver training schedules and materials.
• Support integration development and bug resolution.
