Job summary

Solvo Global Careers in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a seasoned U.S. recruiter to join our Nearshore recruiting operations. You will own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. roles and partner closely with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR to deliver placements as a primary KPI.

You will build and maintain candidate pipelines, share best practices with a U.S.-based team, and have a clear path to leadership as you grow into a player-coach role. Strong sourcing and interview skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and placement.
• Contribute to aggressive team hiring goals (~75 hires/month), with placements as the main KPI.
• Build strong relationships with U.S. Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders.
• Keep healthy candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and effective interviewing.
• Support and share best practices with a team of U.S.-based recruiters, growing into a player-coach role over time.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and delivery.
• Suggest process improvements and new recruiting strategies.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders.
