Solvo Global Careers is seeking a People Operations Manager to join our Medellín team onsite. You will lead all aspects of People Operations, from onboarding to offboarding, and partner with executives to drive workforce planning and growth.

The role requires strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and the ability to support leadership across cross-functional teams. Fluency in English (C1+) is essential to collaborate with U.S.-based partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People Operations or HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies (MUST HAVE).
• Ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, records, and HR compliance.
• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and growth.
• Drive engagement, retention and culture-building initiatives.
• Oversee performance management and leadership development support.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze people metrics to improve experience and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations.
