TaskUs is hiring a Sales Agent focused on Internet products in Colombia. You will engage customers via inbound and outbound calls, guide them through options, identify needs, and close sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience across voice, email, and chat.

The role requires strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and excellent English, Spanish, and French communication at least at B2 level. Expect a shift-based schedule and comprehensive training.
