hjbtravels is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients in the travel industry. You will respond to inquiries, assist with planning, reservations, and provide destination guidance to ensure a positive booking experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently. Training is provided and there are flexible part- or full-time options within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems.
• Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Interest in the travel industry is a plus.
