hjbtravels is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to support clients in the travel industry. This role emphasizes helpful, clear communication and delivering high-quality service with a flexible schedule.

You will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, support the booking process, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client. Previous CS experience is welcome but not required, and training is provided.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and comfort using online systems

• Interest in the travel industry is a plus
