CFI Financial Group is seeking a talented Customer Service professional to join our team in Bogotá. You will provide prompt, professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat, resolve inquiries about trading platforms and financial products, and guide users through platform usage.

This role requires a Finance-related degree, English fluency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing multinational company offering

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field is required.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.
• Fluent English and ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with teamwork capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat
• Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to trading platforms
• Offer technical support by guiding clients on platform usage and troubleshooting issues
• Share basic market information and educational resources to help clients trade
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams or management when needed
• Educate clients on risk management and related topics
• Gather client feedback to improve products, services, and support processes
