Lean Solutions Group is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator in Bogotá to join the Transportation and Logistics team. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in logistics, dispatching, or load coordination and will manage shipments, track loads, and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include real-time monitoring, coordination with drivers and carriers, and problem solving to maintain timely deliveries while supporting process improvements within logistics operations.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch, Load Coordination, or related field.
• Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation operations, dispatching, shipment tracking, and load coordination.
• Experience with transportation documentation, including Bill of Lading validation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations from load assignment through completion.
• Monitor shipments and transportation resources in real time to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and requirements.
• Assign and coordinate available transportation resources based on needs.
• Track loads and trailers using GPS and TMS.
• Review and validate Bills of Lading and other documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment and load information in internal systems.
• Identify and resolve shipment delays and documentation discrepancies.
• Provide timely updates and follow-up on transportation activities.
• Manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
• Analyze operational information to identify discrepancies and improvements.
• Maintain records and documentation throughout transportation processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch, Load Coordination, or a related field.
• Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation operations, dispatching, shipment tracking, and load coordination.
• Experience with transportation documentation, including Bill of Lading validation.
