INGEPSY is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound leads, grow an assigned territory, and meet sales goals for textbooks and online learning solutions. The role blends inbound sales, account management, and prospecting to drive new business and nurture existing customers.

You will respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and coordinate solutions while building long-term customer relationships and maintaining CRM data for ongoing pipeline health.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience managing both inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
• Strong phone, email, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable cold calling and emailing potential customers.
• Strong research, lead qualification, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming sales leads generated through marketing campaigns and other company initiatives.
• Grow an assigned territory and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through phone and email.
• Research, qualify, and prioritize sales leads based on their potential.
• Proactively prospect for new customers through cold calling, email outreach, and research.
• Follow up with existing customers regarding reorders, new editions, additional products, and learning solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate textbooks and online learning solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales activity information in the CRM.
• Develop a healthy pipeline of new and repeat business opportunities.
