Thales Group in Bogota, Colombia, is hiring a Sales Analyst for the Telecommunications team. The role supports the sales cycle from demos to proposals, maintains CRM cleanliness, and consolidates forecasts across LATAM.

You will build BI insights to back marketing campaigns and handle back-office tasks to enable the team to focus on selling. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and experience with CRM, Oracle, and BI tools, with fluency in Spanish and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or similar field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience or strong interest in CRM, Oracle, and BI/reporting.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).
• Organized, proactive, and a great teammate.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and test demos with the Account Management and Sales Support teams.
• Prepare RFPs, bid documents, and commercial proposals.
• Keep our CRM clean and our forecasts consolidated across LATAM.
• Build reports and BI insights for Sales and Mobile Marketing.
• Analyse data to support Mobile Marketing projects and campaign calendars.
• Take on admin and back-office work, plus operational follow-ups.
