Job summary

Thales Group in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Sales Analyst for the Telecommunications team. This hybrid role supports the full sales cycle, from demos to final proposals, combining data, analytics, and persuasive storytelling to drive deals.

You will coordinate demos, prepare proposals, maintain CRM data, build BI reports for LATAM, and assist with admin tasks to keep the team focused on selling. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems, Oracle, and BI/reporting is preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and test demos with the Account Management and Sales Support teams.
• Prepare RFPs, bid documents, and commercial proposals.
• Keep CRM clean and consolidate forecasts across LATAM.
• Build reports and BI insights for Sales and Mobile Marketing.
• Analyse data to support Mobile Marketing projects and campaign calendars.
• Take on admin and back-office work, plus operational follow-ups, so the team can focus on selling.
• Create sharp multimedia tools for presentations.
