JLL seeks a Technology Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day operations for Work Dynamics accounts, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance of critical IT systems. You will perform system administration, troubleshooting, and user support, while developing automation to improve efficiency and service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role.
• Strong technical skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system and application issues.
• Develop and deliver user training programs and maintain clear documentation for configurations and procedures.
