JLL is seeking a Workspace Experience & Facilities Coordinator to greet visitors, support employees and clients, and ensure seamless operations across hospitality and facilities. The role blends customer service excellence with proactive facilities coordination to deliver memorable workplace experiences while maintaining safety and efficiency.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate hospitality management or similar.
• Experience in vendor management and contractor coordination.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic budget management skills.
• Ability to work with clients at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome visitors and act as the face of the organization.
• Log and track work orders in the CMMS system.
• Coordinate access for vendors and contractors on-site.
• Support onboarding and evacuation drills.
• Assist events and space conditioning for special events.
• Prepare meetings and ensure incident-free operations.
