Formación

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
3+ years experience in IT operations or related role.
Strong troubleshooting, system administration and user support.
Experience with scripting and automation tools.
Understanding of IT security principles and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

Perform system administration tasks, including software installs, updates, and configurations.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support; escalate as needed.
Develop and deliver user training; document configurations and procedures.
Monitor performance and implement optimization for reliability.
Assist with compliance and auditing activities.
Develop scripts and automation to streamline tasks.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and team.
Support security policies and report vulnerabilities.
