Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You’ll bridge warehouse operations and tech, turning complex logistics into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active WMS.

You’ll own backlog, drive API integrations with ERP/TMS, and guide end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. A strong background in Manhattan platforms and Agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, supply chain knowledge or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for WMS projects.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS via REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
