Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations with technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

You will own backlog, requirements, and epics while coordinating integration across ERP/TMS interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs, and data interfaces.

Competenze

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
