Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and technical teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.
The role demands 10+ years IT enterprise experience, strong WMS configuration and API integration skills, and a CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred. Mexico location offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale/Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS configuration and SQL.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience in end-to-end flow testing and root-cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own backlog & requirements and translate into epics and user stories.
- Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Design end-to-end testing and validate edge cases.
- Provide SME for Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities.
