Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations with technical development to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

You will own the backlog, drive API integration, and design end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. Strong SQL and Agile delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
