Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, mapping APIs, EDI, and databases between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You will own the backlog, drive end-to-end testing, and act as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, influencing enterprise software choices and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
