Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active WMS solutions.

You will own the backlog, lead API and data integration with ERP and TMS, run end-to-end flow testing, and serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan WMS capabilities and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with focus on WMS platforms.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integrations.
• Experience with Agile delivery and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide SME guidance on Manhattan WMS capabilities and architecture.
