Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
You will own the backlog, define epics and user stories, and lead integration with ERP/TMS systems, APIs, and data interfaces.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validate complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
