Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will own the backlog, lead technical integrations with ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end flow testing to ensure robust supply chain execution. Strong Manhattan Scale/Active experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience executing end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end tests for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.
