Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will leverage expertise in Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS to optimize supply chain execution while collaborating with ERP, TMS, and other stakeholders. We offer a global platform and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Experience executing end-to-end flow testing and root-cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
