Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you'll bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions.

You will lead the integration of Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS, design rigorous tests, and collaborate with ERP/TMS partners in a remote setting. A strong background in WMS configuration and SQL is required.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics and user stories for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
