Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog & requirements, map integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, and drive thorough testing to ensure robust supply chain solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, strong SQL, and Agile delivery. Located in Mexico, with flexible work options and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog and Requirements: translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and configs.
