Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and work with development to implement solutions across Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

Your expertise in WMS configurations, SQL, and system integration will help deliver robust, scalable supply chain capabilities. This role offers growth in a global company with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
