Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. The role focuses on owning the backlog, mapping APIs, and ensuring robust WMS integration and testing across ERP/TMS interfaces.

You will bring 10+ years in IT, with 6-8 years in Manhattan Scale/Active, strong WMS configuration knowledge, SQL, and Agile delivery. A CS/IT or supply chain background is required, CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and external systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and architecture.
