Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in a full-time capacity. You will own backlog, drive integrations with ERP/TMS, and lead end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in IT enterprises, 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, and strong SQL/API experience, plus a CS/IT or Supply Chain background and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces for system integration.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
