Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS in Mexico to bridge warehouse operations with IT teams, turning complex logistics needs into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active solutions. You’ll own the backlog, facilitate API integrations, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.

Bring 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, and strong SQL/API skills. A CS/IT degree is required, CSPO or Manhattan certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong SQL querying and system integration knowledge.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map/API/EDI interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS capabilities and architecture.
