Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own the backlog, translate needs into epics, and manage API integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, plus strong SQL and Agile delivery capabilities. Location: Mexico. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
