Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, drive technical integration between Manhattan WMS and external systems, and lead comprehensive flow testing while serving as a SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS capabilities.

The role requires 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL, integration standards, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Agile delivery experience and strong stakeholder communication.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations.
