Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development. You will translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active systems, coordinating with ERP and TMS integrations.

We value 10+ years in IT with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and integration skills, and CSPO or Manhattan certification where possible. This role is based in Mexico with flexible options and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: be SME for Manhattan Scale & Manhattan Active configurations.
