Lifted (an Upwork Company) is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues across interconnected backend and frontend systems, partnering with client-facing teams to keep high-traffic events running reliably.

You will work primarily with Java and Spring Boot, with React for frontend tasks, and contribute across multiple projects with seniority, autonomy, and a strong bias for action.

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Demonstrated initiative in taking work through code merging and deployment without close supervision.
