Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer based in LATAM to design, build and maintain scalable full-stack solutions. You will develop backend APIs, modern frontend apps, and workflow automations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software development with Java or Python, strong cloud and frontend skills, and experience mentoring peers. This role is 100% remote in LATAM with opportunities to work across global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java or Python.
• 5+ years of backend API development experience.
• Strong experience with: REST APIs, GraphQL, RPC, JSON.
• 5+ years working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• 4+ years building frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience leading code reviews and architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications.
